![]() She contacted EA support last night and they said that they are aware of this issue and they are doing everything they can to fix it. I don't even think that the base game was on there either. She called me saying that she was going to try to sign into EA with the Origin info and see if everything transferred. It just hit the account the other day that Origin was no longer working and she needed to use the EA platform, as I know most of us have to now. I knew that Origin was going to switch over to EA soon so I told her to change all the info on the account to her email and whatnot since I haven't touched it. She bought pretty much all of the expansion packs and plays every day. My sister and I were huge Sims fans growing up so I let her use my account the past few years since I haven't been using it. ![]() I have had Origin for years and only ever had the base game (The Sims 4) on it. Okay guys, I know this is a huge thing that is going on right now but I need some advice because I have no idea what to do. ![]()
